Campbell Folkschool Classes

I will be teaching a full week of copper enamel sculpture classes for middle school students the 17th through the 23rd of  June 20012. Please check the folk school for availability folkschool.org.

Campbell Folk School has an amazing week in June called Little Middle, in which we artists get to teach children. My class is copper enameling and the kids, ages 11 through 17, spend a week with me and work out concepts for sculpture incorporating hand worked copper and fused glass..

From a drawing, the students build three dimensional works.

Each student has their own concept; they are both time consuming and challenging.

My classes are three hours long each day with each group, and the students are not watching the clock, they are consumed with what they are doing, because there is a lot to consider when working with enamel, many options.
